All of our tickets on www.sparksem.com are sold on the basis of the following arrangements:


A - All ticket orders are simply seat requests, Sparks reserves the right to amend your seat for any reason at any time.


B - All orders that leave a single seat gap will not have their tickets authorised. You may receive an email from the office. You may still be charged for the seat request/order and may not receive your tickets if you do this. Sparks will not be liable for entry being denied at the venue in this case.


C - Tickets must be presented to gain entry through our scanning system at the theatre. You must therefore print your tickets or display on your mobile device. If you cannot do this, you may send an email to info@sparksem.co.uk with your order number and request that your tickets are printed off for you and left in the box office for you to collect free of charge. If you do not request this service and still want your tickets printing at the box office on the evening for pre-paid orders, an additional £0.50 per seat must be paid to Sparks to facilitate this. Sparks or the society cannot be held responsible for entry being denied to the performance.


D - If booking a wheelchair space, you must occupy the allocated space in front of Seats B5-7 (WC1 and WC2) and Seats B20-22 (WC3 and WC4) as indicated on your ticket. These are not physical seats and you must bring your own wheelchair. For health and safety purposes, you cannot block the aisles and you may be asked to leave the theatre, without refund, if you do not follow this policy.

Additional Terms and Conditions relating to your hosting society or group:


  

The Healey School of Theatre Dance

 

1. All tickets are sold on a non-refundable, non-changeable basis. (If the HSOTD cancels the show, or adjusts the starting time by more than two hours, the full ticket price less the 50p per seat Sparks booking fee will be refunded)

 

2. Voluntary Exchanges - If you would like to change your seats

At the discretion of Sparks, you may swap your tickets if the seats you now want are available for the same price as you have paid, a 50p charge per seat will apply for every amendment.

Send an email to info@sparksem.co.uk stating your name, booking reference, current seats and seats you wish to swap to.

 

3. Voluntary Upgrades - If you would like to swap your seats to better seats

At the discretion of Sparks, you can swap seats to more expensive seats by doing the following:

a. Book and Pay for your new seats under a new booking reference

b. After doing so, send an email to info@sparksem.co.uk stating that you want to do a voluntary upgrade. State your old and new booking references. We will then refund and cancel your original tickets less a 50p per seat admin fee.

 

4. Voluntary Downgrades - If you would like to swap your seats to cheaper seats

At the discretion of Sparks, this method is commonly used to add more people next to you and there is no room in your current ticket class, you can swap seats to more cheaper seats by doing the following:

a. Send an email to info@sparksem.co.uk stating current and new seats you would prefer

b. We will manually move your seats, but you will not be entitled to any refund

c. You can then go onto your account and purchase more seats next to the seats we have moved for you

 

Keep the confirmation email for proof of purchase, however you will not be admitted into the theatre with this.

 

Please do not leave seat amendments until the box office. Any customer wishing to amend seats at the box office will be asked to wait until the performance start time to ease congestion at the theatre.

 

If you cannot find your e-ticket, log on to your account at www.sparksem.com and click 'My Account' - find your order and click on it. Then scroll down to 'Get Tickets Here' at the bottom of the page. Then print and bring with you.

 

 

 

Hyde Little Theatre (HLT)

 

1. All tickets are sold on a non-refundable basis. (If HLT cancels the show, or adjusts the starting time by more than two hours, the full ticket price less the per seat Sparks booking fee (included in price) will be refunded)

 

2. Voluntary Exchanges - If you would like to change your seats

At the discretion of Sparks, you may swap your tickets if the seats you now want are available for the same price as you have paid. There will be an additional 50p per seat admin fee per amendment.

Send an email to info@sparksem.co.uk stating your name, booking reference, current seats and seats you wish to swap to. We will endeavour to place you in the same seats, but if these are not available; we will place you in the best possible seats together. Please remember, it is only at our discretion that we do this.

 

3. Reservations - If you would like to reserve your seats and collect your tickets at the box office, you must ring our hotline Monday-Saturday 4pm-7pm and pay for your seats by credit or debit card over the phone. We will then print your tickets for you and leave in the box office to collect. Tickets must be collected no later than 20 minutes prior to the production.

 

4. Group Bookings - If you would like us to hold seats for you, pending payment. We will do so and hold for you for 5 business days whilst you collect funds at our discretion. We cannot provide this service if the production is within 28 days. This applies to groups of 10 or more. Between Monday-Friday, groups of 10 or more will be entitled to book their entire group at a concessionary rate. This offer can be removed at any time. Refunds will not be permitted after you have booked and paid for your seats not following this offer.

Pantomime: Concessionary rate available Monday-Saturday Matinee available for under 12's and over 65's.


Play: There are no concessionary rates available


Groups: Plays - Per 10 seats booked, we will reward you with 2 complimentary tickets (pro rata) please contact us beforehand to add these to your booking. You will not be entitled to these at the box office.

Oliver! (to celebrate Peter Kinsella)

 

1. All tickets are sold on a non-refundable basis. (If the group cancels the show, or adjusts the starting time by more than two hours, the full ticket price less the per seat Sparks booking fee (included in price) will be refunded)

 

2. General Admission - All seating is unallocated, please arrive at St. Thomas More School at 7pm, with your ticket printed or available to be scanned from your phone. You will therefore be able to choose any seat on a first-come first-served basis. Please do not leave single seat gaps when taking your seat.

The Rebekah Brown Dance Academy

 

1. All tickets are sold on a non-refundable basis. (If RBDA cancels the show, or adjusts the starting time by more than two hours, the full ticket price less the per seat Sparks booking fee (included in price) will be refunded)

 

2. Voluntary Exchanges - If you would like to change your seats

All tickets are £10.00 plus a 60p Sparks Booking fee (£10.60)


You may be entitled to a concessionary rate, this is available for children under 12 and adults over 65. You will be given the option to choose this at the checkout, once you have selected your seat. You may be asked for ID at the box office when scanning your ticket to prove your age. Sparks or RBDA cannot be held responsible for you being denied entry to the performance, without refund, if you book your tickets incorrectly. This concessionary ticket costs £8.00 plus a 50p Sparks Booking Fee (£8.50)


The theatre opens 30 minutes prior to your performance start time. Please arrive in plenty of time as we cannot hold the show for you.

 

If you cannot find your e-ticket, log on to your account at www.sparksem.com and click 'My Account' - find your order and click on it. Then scroll down to 'Get Tickets Here' at the bottom of the page. Then print and bring with you. These tickets must have barcodes on, click our 'Ticket Delivery' page for more information.
